Prior to initiating any training programs, clients often request several other high-demand services such as 1). Targeted Solutions Sessions -- fast-paced strategic planning programs that take participants from an analysis of issues and problems to a Solution Plan during one concentrated session. In other words, clients walk in with a problem and walk out with a solution. 2). Also, Hiring Edge Assessment Tool training for both managers and staff is available. This training is coupled with the related assessment instruments to provide clients with the means of identifying behaviors, values, and thinking patterns in addition to comparative job perception graphs. These instruments were developed by Dr. Kearney as part of her doctoral studies, and their 94.6% reliability level was determined by a study conducted by an MBA candidate at a California University.
