Elizabeth Kearney, Ph.D. Her goal is the success of her company's clients, and she and her colleagues work closely with the clients to identify issues for which solutions are sought. and once they know what is needed, they either design the custom programs, provide the needed services, or make referrals to other experts who can help the client achieve the identified goals. Dr. Kearney specializes in strategic planning, developing and providing programs designed to produce effective leadership and staff development and programs that produce outstanding performance and exemplary customer service.
Prior to founding her own company, she ran a management training academy, served as a Senior Vice President in charge of Western Operations for an international consulting and training firm serving CEOs of such companies as Lloyd's of London and Federal Express.
This award-winning author of some 18 books and hundreds of articles was a Johns Hopkins Fellow, and three of her books were Fortune Book of the Month Club selections. Another of her books was selected by the American Library Association as the outstanding reference work for the year of its publication.
Dr. Kearney sits on three boards and is the Chair of the Northern California Leadership Forum. She has appeared on television and has presented workshops and keynote addresses at local, regional, state, national, and international business and educational conferences. Her presentations are fun and filled with humor even when she is providing practical, take-away-and-use informatoin.
She was selected as the 2003 Business Woman of the Year by the ABWA, and the Business Advisory Council which accorded her this honor in 2004, 2005, and 2006.
