Debra Tamplin has an extensive background in banking in new accounts, bookkeeping, con-sumer leanding, and real estate lending for several banks.  She was most recently asked to help break in a new market with real estate lending.  She sees a real need to combine technical training with a corporate sales culture that provides the front line staff with the con-fidence, professionalism, and support needed to perform at peak levels. 

In addition to her work with banks, Debra is the Founder and President of TamcoII, Inc. which has branches in a number of cities.  Three years after founding this company, Debra was approached to serve as a consultant to provide operational support and training to Curves International's owners/man-agers of new clubs.  She has trained in approximately 75 different locations in both the United States and the United Kingdom.  Her training programs provide technical data as well as highly effective sales techniques, and she works closely with those involved to fine tune an agenda that will be executed during on-site sessions. Long distance contact is continued for up to a month after the on-site sessions.

Jaclyn Zoccoli has worked as a networking coach for more than 16 years, and during that time has developed over 35 networking groups and interfaced with well over 500 companies.  In addition, she has created diversified marketing materials and used them to train the owners and staffs of small businesses.

Jaclyn has worked with corporate training companies and taught at four community colleges. In addtion, she redesigned community and contract education interaction for West Valley College. 

She enjoyed serving as a teacher in West Africa for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer, and this human service advocate actively worked to procure funding for a Resource Center in South Africa which was set up to educate over 35,000 refugees on the prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Jaclyn is a frequent speaker for groups throughout Northern California, and she is the author of Spontaneous Combustion: Developing Profitable Relationships.  In addition to being an active leader in the American Business Women's Association, she was selected as one of their three Outstanding Women of the Year 2002.
